01Service description
TaxJeje provides tax-compliance software for Nigerian taxpayers — freelancers, salary earners, sole proprietors, content creators, and small businesses. Our services include:
- Income and expense tracking with multi-currency FX conversion
- Tax calculation under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025
- AI Tax Expert (Pro tier)
- Invoice generation and client management
- Filing-ready PDFs and TaxProMax auto-fill
- Filing deadline reminders
- VAT threshold monitoring and small-company CIT-relief checks
- Audit-defence support for NRS objection responses
TaxJeje is a software tool that helps you calculate and organise your tax obligations. We do not file taxes on your behalf and do not provide personalised tax advice. See section 04.
02Subscription terms and pricing
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually. Yearly billing offers two months free relative to monthly pricing.

03User responsibilities
By using TaxJeje, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Verify all calculations and reports before filing with tax authorities
- Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the service
04Tax disclaimer
TaxJeje is not a licensed tax advisor, accountant, or legal firm. The information and calculations provided by the service are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional tax, legal, or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data you enter
- Verifying all tax calculations before filing
- Consulting a qualified tax professional for complex situations
- Filing your taxes correctly and on time with NRS
- Paying any taxes owed to the appropriate authorities
We strongly recommend consulting a certified tax professional for complex tax situations or significant financial decisions.
05Payment terms
Payments are processed through Paystack, Nigeria's leading PCI-DSS certified payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fee
- Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period
- Payment in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via card, bank transfer, or USSD
- Provide valid payment information
Failed payments
If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and access to paid features will be removed.
06Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from /settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the period ends
- Your data is retained and remains accessible on the Free plan
Refunds
A formal refund policy will be published when paid subscriptions go live. Until then refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion for:
- Service outages exceeding 48 hours
- Billing errors
- Other exceptional circumstances

07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:
- TaxJeje is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of tax calculations or compliance with tax laws — see section 04
- We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or damages resulting from errors in your tax filings
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
08Intellectual property
TaxJeje and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fattah Labs Ltd and protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You retain ownership of your data. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
09Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse or misuse the service
- Fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period
Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kaduna State, Nigeria.
11Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
