We priced Pro at what it actually costs to run for one user, with a margin that lets us employ a small team in Kaduna. We did not price against TaxCalc.ng or any other competitor. We are not trying to be the cheapest — we are trying to be the right price for a working freelancer in Nigeria. If we ever need to raise prices we will tell existing subscribers a full quarter in advance and grandfather them.
